Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide legal guidance and support to ensure that our company's operations comply with applicable laws and regulations. The Legal Advisor will work closely with management and other departments to manage legal risks, negotiate contracts, and handle various legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Compliance:
• Ensure the company's operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor changes in legislation and update company policies accordingly.
• Conduct regular legal audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Contract Management:
• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure contracts are aligned with the company's objectives and legal requirements.
• Advise on contractual obligations, risks, and liabilities.
• Legal Advice:
• Provide expert legal advice and support to management and other departments.
• Advise on legal rights, potential liabilities, and appropriate courses of action.
• Assist in dispute resolution and litigation management.
• Risk Management:
• Identify and assess legal risks and propose strategies to mitigate them.
• Develop and implement legal risk management policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance on minimizing potential risks.
• Corporate Governance:
• Advise on corporate governance issues and best practices.
• Assist in the preparation and review of board resolutions and corporate policies.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
• Regulatory Affairs:
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and represent the company in legal proceedings.
• Prepare and submit necessary legal documentation to government agencies.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments affecting the business.
• Training and Development:
• Provide training to staff on legal topics, including compliance, contracts, and risk management.
• Develop and deliver presentations on relevant legal issues.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• A Master's degree in Law (LLM) or specialization in a relevant field is preferred.
• Bar membership or legal certification in the relevant jurisdiction is required.
• Experience:
• Minimum of [5] years of experience as a Legal Advisor or in a similar legal role.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
