Job Description

Position Summary:

The Legal Expert will provide high-level legal counsel and representation in complex matters, ensuring compliance with UAE laws. Fluency in Arabic and a strong understanding of UAE legal frameworks are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, labor, and real estate law in the UAE.
• Draft and review contracts and legal documents in both Arabic and English.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Conduct legal research to support case decisions.
• Advise clients on legal risks and strategies, considering local and international factors.
• Resolve disputes through mediation or litigation.
• Stay updated on UAE legal changes and trends.
• Build strong client relationships and provide timely legal solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience practicing law in the UAE.
• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is a must.
• Law degree (Master's or equivalent preferred).
• Expertise in UAE commercial, real estate, corporate, and labor laws.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases independently.
• Familiarity with UAE court systems and regulations.
• Experience with international clients is a plus.
