Job Summary

We are seeking a Legal Officer with expertise in telecommunications law, legal and regulatory compliance drafting and reviewing contracts, managing disputes, and liaising with UAE regulatory bodies such as TDRA.

Responsibilities

Compliance

Ensure compliance with TDRA regulations, UAE telecom laws, and data protection laws.

Advise on spectrum licensing, infrastructure regulations, and cybersecurity compliance.

Monitor legal changes affecting telecom operations

Handle legal matters related to licensing, tariffs, interconnection agreements, and consumer rights.

Contracts

Draft, review, and negotiate telecom service agreements, vendor contracts, network infrastructure agreements, and international roaming contracts.

Manage confidentiality agreements, SLAs, and outsourcing contracts.

Litigation

Manage legal risks related to fraud, cybercrime, and telecom security breaches.

Work with external legal counsel for litigation and arbitration cases.

Data Protection

Advise on lawful interception, monitoring, and data retention policies.

Qualifications

Knowledge of UAE Free Zone telecom regulations

Certification in telecom law, compliance, or data privacy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
