Legal Advisor duties and responsibilities
• Some of the duties of Legal Advisors include reviewing and negotiating contracts of daily operators, vendors and companies. Their main duties and responsibilities also include:
• Assist management, Managing Director in implementing the firm's visions, plans and strategies as a whole
• Maintaining the company's legal files and ensuring that the working practices are in accordance with its policies and regulations
• Assist in employee's legal matters.
• Ensuring that services are provided on time and updating clients constantly on the progress and costs
• Providing correct, honest and positive judgment at all times in the company's best interests
• Drafting contracts, agreements and negotiating terms to fit any two parties.
• The responsibilities of a legal advisor include drafting legal documents, structuring solutions for issues, and providing support in legal issues.
• Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.
• Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
Requirement:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in law.
At-least 10 years' experience in the law field in UAE.
Well aware of UAW labor laws.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well within a team and individually.
Ability to work long hours when needed.
Candidates with additional certification in computer packages, English or Microsoft Office are preferred.
