Due to company growth, they are looking to hire skilled specialists into the team.They are currently looking for a Legal Administrator to join the team. In this role you will be responsible for information management by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. You will be organising work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications. You will maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. You will be accountable for maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies, securing information by completing database backups; providing historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems and copying typing letters and legal memoranda dictated in both language Arabic and English.
