Job Title:

Technical Staff - LED Screen Installation and Operation

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Staff member to join our team, specializing in the installation, maintenance, and operation of LED screens for events and exhibitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure to ensure flawless execution of visual displays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation:
• Install LED screens and related equipment at various event and exhibition sites.
• Ensure all installations are done safely, timely in accordance with technical specifications and company standards.
• Operation:
• Operate LED screens during events, ensuring optimal performance and visual quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the operation.
• Maintenance:
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on LED screens and related equipment.
• Perform repairs and upgrades as necessary to ensure equipment reliability.
• Technical Support:
• Provide on-site technical support during events, addressing any issues promptly.
• Assist clients with technical inquiries and provide guidance on best practices for using the LED screens.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure all LED screens are calibrated correctly and display high-quality visuals.
• Conduct pre-event testing to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation as required.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the event planning and production teams to understand technical requirements and timelines.
• Provide technical training and guidance to junior staff and new team members.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in LED screen installation and operation.
• Strong technical knowledge of LED screen technology, including various models and configurations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using technical tools and software related to LED screen operation.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding environments.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position.
• On-site work at various event locations, including outdoor and indoor venues.
• Travel may require from site to site for installations and events.

• Installation Efficiency:
• Number of installations completed on time.
• Average time taken for installations.
• Operational Reliability:
• Percentage of events with no technical issues during LED screen operation.

• Frequency of scheduled maintenance checks performed.
• Reduction in the number of unexpected technical failures or breakdowns.
• Client Satisfaction:
• Client feedback scores related to technical support and LED screen performance.

• Technical Accuracy:
• Accuracy in following technical specifications and installation guidelines.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
