:

We are looking for an experienced Lecturer in Food Production and Food & Beverage

Service to join our Hospitality Management team. The ideal candidate will have both

academic and industry experience and a passion for delivering high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct theory and practical classes in food production and food & beverage service.
• Develop and update course materials in line with industry standards and academic requirements.
• Supervise students during practical sessions, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance for students in academic projects, internships, and career development.
• Collaborate with the faculty to create a dynamic learning environment and ensure student success.
• Engage in research activities and contribute to the development of hospitality industry best practices.
• Participate in department meetings, curriculum planning, and university events.

Qualifications:

• A Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field from a recognized institution.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in food production or food & beverage service.
• Teaching experience in an academic setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety, production techniques, and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Industry certifications in food production or beverage service.
• Experience in venue/event management and customer service.
• Proven ability to teach diverse student groups in both practical and theoretical settings.
