1. Policy and Procedure Development

• Develop and implement quality control policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Ensure these align with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational goals.

2. Monitoring and Evaluation

• Conduct regular audits of clinical processes, patient care, and facility operations.
• Evaluate healthcare services against established benchmarks and performance metrics.
• Monitor compliance with infection control, safety standards, and ethical practices.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze data on patient outcomes, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed reports highlighting trends, areas for improvement, and corrective actions.
• Use data to recommend evidence-based changes to improve quality.

4. Staff Training and Education

• Organize training programs for staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Provide guidance on compliance with local, national, and international healthcare regulations.

5. Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, accreditation requirements, and licensing bodies.
• Serve as a liaison with external agencies during inspections or audits.

6. Risk Management

• Identify potential risks to patient safety or service quality.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and corrective action plans.

7. Patient Feedback and Satisfaction

• Collect and analyze patient feedback through surveys and interviews.

10. Technology and Tools Management
