Patient Coordinator

with experience in both

aesthetics

medical

1. Patient Communication & Scheduling



First Point of Contact:

Welcoming patients, answering inquiries, and providing information about aesthetic and medical services offered.

Appointment Scheduling:

Coordinating and managing patient appointments, including consultations, follow-up visits, and treatments.

Follow-Up & Post-Care Communication:

Ensuring timely follow-up with patients after procedures, answering post-care questions, and coordinating any additional care if necessary.

2. Patient Education & Consultation Support



Pre-Procedure Education:

Explaining procedures, treatment plans, and recovery expectations to patients. This includes ensuring that patients understand risks, benefits, and outcomes.

Consultation Assistance:

Assisting physicians and aesthetic specialists during consultations by providing patients with literature, explaining financial options, and answering any non-medical questions.

Care Plans:

Helping to develop and provide personalized care plans based on patient needs and treatment goals.

3. Administrative Responsibilities



Patient Records Management:

Maintaining accurate and confidential medical and aesthetic records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Coordination with Medical Team:

Facilitating smooth communication between doctors, nurses, and aesthetic specialists to ensure seamless patient care.

Billing and Payment Assistance:
