Leasing Sales Agent
Job Description
We Abdulla Mohammed Noor Saadat Properties are landlord and we own several buildings around Dubai . Currently we are hiring a Property Lease Agent who could be able to coordinate with the interested tenants and book the flats and apartments.
Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals.
2. Coordinate and conduct property viewing, addressing client inquiries and showcasing the unique features of each property
3. Finding effective Interested tenants
4. Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue
5. Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
Requirements:
1. Prior experience in Sales (Experience working in real estate would be an advantage)
2. Strong communication skills to deal with customers
3. Fluency in English & Hindi
4. Understanding and adherence to company policies and guidelines
