Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Real Estate Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales force, the Property Consultant will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

Property Sales: Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Showcase properties and provide guidance on market trends.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about current real estate trends and property values.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcome.

Documentation: Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process.

Networking: Build a strong network within the real estate community and potential client base.

•NO BASIC SALARY WE WORKING BASED ON COMMISSION •

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Property Consultant or similar role.

Real Estate License if applicable in Abu Dhabi.

Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven negotiation skills.

Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations.

Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
