About the Role :
Responsibilities: 1.Provide direct leasing support and related administration to the Leasing/Property Manager. 2.Management of all shop lease contracts (new/renewals/Addendum/closed). 3.Provides summary and rental details of all new and existing Lease Contracts/Addendum and closed shops (if required). 4.Monitor renewals/expiry/closure of all Leases. 5.Coordinate with the management, leasing/Retail Delivery department. 6.Coordinate with Legal Department for review and legal comments. 7.Correspondence with Landlord/Retailer on contract revisions/counter proposal/renewal/cancellation. 8.Prepares rental summary for concept approval. 9.Process internal approval and sign off. 10.Ensures that scanned copy of all contracts, approvals & supporting documents are saved on the server. 11.Ensures that all original executed contracts are in file for safe keeping. 12.Preparing the existing rental report and comparison. About the requirements: Emirati Nationality with Family Book 5 working days with 2 days off. Working hours: 9 hours
