Leasing Officer

Job Description
- Negotiate and execute lease agreements with potential tenants
- Maintain and update leasing records and documents
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants
- Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries from prospective tenants
- Assess and approve tenant applications based on set criteria
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes for tenants
- Monitor and enforce lease terms and conditions
- Collaborate with property management team to address tenant issues and concerns
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve leasing targets and occupancy goals
- Certification in leasing or property management is a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leasing or property management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Physically able to conduct property tours and handle move-in/out processes
