We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leasing Officer to manage the leasing activities of our retail spaces within the mall. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shop space leasing, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the retail real estate market in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the leasing process from inquiry to contract signing for retail spaces within the mall.
• Identify and attract potential tenants through effective marketing and networking strategies.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the company and tenants.
• Prepare and present leasing proposals and agreements to management and clients.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing tenants and address any leasing-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns for vacant spaces.
• Monitor and manage lease renewals and extensions.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to leasing activities.
• Provide regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and market conditions to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in shop space leasing, preferably within the mall category business.
• Strong knowledge of the retail real estate market in Dubai.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in leasing management software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
