Job Title: Leasing Officer Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Leasing Officer to join our growing team. The Leasing Officer will be responsible for managing the leasing process of rental properties, including marketing vacant units, screening tenants, negotiating leases, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong background in customer service and real estate. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market available rental units to attract potential tenants 2. Screen prospective tenants to ensure they meet rental criteria 3. Conduct property tours and showings for interested tenants 4. Negotiate lease terms and agreements with tenants 5. Collect and process rental applications and fees 6. Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections and procedures 7. Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner 8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date rental listing information 9. Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant needs 10.
