Position Overview:

As the Leasing Manager in the real estate sector, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our sales operations, driving revenue growth, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of real estate agents to deliver exceptional service and exceed sales quotas.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
• Manage key client relationships and strategic partnerships to maximize business opportunities and referrals.
• Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, legal aspects, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; additional certifications (e.g., Broker license) are a plus.
• Proficiency in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
