Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and determined Leasing Manager who is passionate about real estate and eager to drive leasing activities to maximize occupancy and revenue. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leasing Management:
Oversee the leasing process from start to finish, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
2. Marketing and Promoting:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
Utilize various marketing channels, including online platforms, social media, and community events, to promote properties.
Create and distribute promotional materials to increase visibility and attract potential tenants.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the leasing market.
3. Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and train the leasing team to achieve individual and team goals.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
4. Tenant Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants.
Address tenant concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction and retention.
5. Administrative Duties:
Prepare and manage leasing documents, including lease agreements and renewal contracts.
Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and tenant interactions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
6. Financial Management:
Monitor and achieve leasing targets and financial goals.
Prepare and present regular leasing reports to management.
Assist in budget preparation and expense management related to leasing activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in leasing management, real estate sales, or property management.
Strong marketing and promotional skills with a creative approach to attracting tenants.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
