Position: Leasing Manager Salary: AED 16,000 - 18,000 Experience: Minimum 5 years

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leasing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leasing management, particularly within shopping malls, with a strong background in leasing, negotiations, property management, tenant relations, financial management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Leasing Management: Oversee all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, retaining existing tenants, and ensuring maximum occupancy levels. Negotiations: Conduct lease negotiations with potential tenants to secure favorable terms for the company while meeting tenant needs. Property Management: Ensure the effective management and maintenance of the property to provide a high standard of service to tenants and customers. Tenant Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly. Financial Management: Prepare and manage the leasing budget, track financial performance, and ensure profitability through effective financial planning and control. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the leasing team, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals and individual development. Communication: Maintain effective communication with tenants, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and address any issues effectively. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Leasing Manager position, preferably in shopping malls or similar retail environments. Skills: Strong leasing and negotiation skills. Proficient in property management and tenant relations. Excellent financial management and budgeting skills. Proven leadership abilities and team management experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field is preferred.
