About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to join our team at New Homes Real Estate Broker. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, excellent knowledge of Dubai's property market, and expertise in managing property listings on platforms such as Dubizzle and Property Finder.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee property leasing activities, ensuring high occupancy rates.

Post and optimize property ads on platforms like Dubizzle, Property Finder, and other marketing channels.

Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, including property prices, sizes, and key areas.

Communicate effectively with clients and landlords to ensure satisfaction and successful leasing.

Conduct market analysis to provide pricing strategies and competitive comparisons.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate leasing or a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of Dubai's property market, including key areas, prices, and property specifications.

Proficiency in managing property listings on platforms like Dubizzle and Property Finder.

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
