Job Overview:

The Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing the leasing activities of the company's property portfolio, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction. This role involves developing and implementing effective leasing strategies, managing tenant relations, and leading a team of leasing agents. The Leasing Manager will also work closely with the marketing and property management teams to enhance the property's marketability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income, setting and achieving leasing goals.
• Tenant Relations: Maintain high tenant satisfaction through effective communication, resolving issues promptly, and conducting regular feedback sessions.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor the leasing team, providing training, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring alignment with KPIs.
• Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement campaigns that attract prospective tenants, utilizing various promotional channels.
• Lease Administration: Oversee lease agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and legal requirements, and maintaining accurate records.
• Financial Oversight: Manage leasing budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-effective measures to enhance profitability.
• Property Maintenance: Coordinate with property management to ensure properties are well-maintained, addressing maintenance issues promptly.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay competitive, informing pricing strategies and adjusting leasing plans as needed.
• Tenant Acquisition and Retention: Drive efforts to attract new tenants, retain current ones, and ensure high occupancy levels.
• Negotiation: Negotiate lease terms to secure favorable conditions for the company while meeting tenant needs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing or property management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of successful leasing and tenant management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in leasing and property management software.
• Ability to analyse market trends and data.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
