Job Description

Manage leasing processes for commercial and residential properties

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and property management standards.

2-4 experience in real estate leasing or property management, with a strong understanding of the Dubai property market.

Utilize market data to drive leasing and sales strategies.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents.

Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
