This role demands a seasoned professional well-versed in Lease Management, Sales, and Community Engagement. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the ideal candidate will possess fluency in Arabic to effectively cater to our diverse clientele base.Key Responsibilities: * Lease Management:
Lead all lease administration activities including negotiations, renewals, and terminations.
Ensure adherence to leasing policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Maintain meticulous records and documentation pertaining to leasing transactions.
Community Management:
Foster a vibrant community atmosphere by nurturing positive relationships with tenants.
Organize and execute engaging community events and initiatives.
Collaborate closely with property management teams to address community needs and concerns.
Sales and Marketing:
Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing opportunities.
Employ effective sales techniques to convert leads into successful lease agreements.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling leasing services to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive reports on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and revenue forecasts.
Analyze leasing data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including property management, marketing, and finance to achieve leasing objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven track record in leasing management, sales, and community engagement within the real estate industry.

Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
