Job Summary: The Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing activities within a property or portfolio of properties. This includes managing the leasing team, coordinating with tenants and prospects, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leasing Operations:
• Oversee the day-to-day leasing operations, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
• Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions, prepare lease agreements, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Review and approve lease applications and renewals.
• Team Management:
• Supervise, train, and mentor leasing consultants and other leasing staff.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the leasing team.
• Marketing and Outreach:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
• Manage online and offline advertising campaigns, including social media, property listing websites, and local community outreach.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for increased leasing activity.
• Customer Service:
• Maintain strong relationships with current tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
• Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues to maintain positive tenant relations.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular reports on leasing activity, occupancy rates, and market trends.
• Analyze leasing performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide recommendations to senior management for optimizing leasing processes and strategies.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing files and records.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and other relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure properties are in top condition for showings.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in property management or leasing, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of leasing and property management principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and local rental regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
