Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, contractors, and site managers to ensure proper placement of workers in the camp.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with workers, employers, and management.

Organization:

Ability to manage multiple leases, transactions, and issues at the same time.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to address tenant complaints and issues efficiently.

Knowledge of Local Regulations:

Understanding of local housing regulations, labor laws, and safety standards for worker accommodations.

Customer Service:

Focused on providing a positive experience for the workers staying at the camp.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Experience:

* Leasing Labour camps: 2 years (Required)
