We at Al Misk Properties call the Leasing Executive,as Junior Relationship Manager, and so the responsibility does not end with Leasing. We believe the Relationship Manager to be the Owners Representative in the building and thus the responsibilities surpass that of the normal Leasing Executive. Major Responsibilities are as listed below
In coordination with Marketing Team & Leasing Manager, plan advertisement campaigns and activities to increase footfall in the building from prospective tenants
Greet prospective tenants when they walk-in and introduce them to the types of units available as well as the propertys amenities
Persuade and Motivate the Customer to lease the apartment/unit in the building
Ensure property is rented to fullest capacity
Inspect the vacant units & building appearance along with Facilities Management Team and ensure repairs are noted and completed on a timely basis. This requires regular inspections and tours.
Assure quality and quantity of lease ready apartments.
Ensure that lease ready apartments are walked daily and communicate any service related needs to maintenance team
Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenant
Establish rapport with tenants so they always feel valued and appreciated
Act as liaison between Tenants and Al Misk Properties
Oversee common amenities and areas in the property are well maintained
Execute leases with new and renewal tenants after ensuring that all parties understand the terms and conditions of the contract
Deal with tenant concerns, requests, questions and complaints in a timely manner ensure resident satisfaction
Ensure current resident files are properly maintained
Ensure all administrative paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on a timely basis
Implement resident retention programs as decided by the management
Ensure that all customer/service requests are recorded and communicated appropriately
Flag & Notify the company about any service issues which affects/affected customer satisfaction
Keep update on the market trends in the area and notify the Marketing Team and Leasing Manager.
Candidate Profile
University Degree
1+ years Experience in Property Leasing Market in UAE
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word etc.
Communication & Negotiation Skills
Bilingual ( English & Arabic)
UAE Driving License will be an added advantage
