Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Leasing Agent to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients find the perfect rental properties, managing property listings, and negotiating lease terms. The Leasing Agent will also act as a key point of contact between landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth leasing transactions and maintaining positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in identifying suitable rental properties based on their needs. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential tenants. Negotiate rental agreements, terms, and conditions with tenants and landlords. Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and follow up on contracts. Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and manage listings on various platforms. Keep up with market trends, pricing, and property availability in the local area. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any tenant issues or inquiries promptly. Ensure that lease agreements comply with local laws and regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and tenants.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate or a similar sales-oriented role. Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory). Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of local real estate markets and property laws. Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet targets. Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus. A professional attitude and appearance.
