About the job Leasing ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, providing property tours and addressing inquiries.
Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including marketing available properties, conducting property viewings, and negotiating lease terms.
Prepare leasing agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Build and nurture strong relationships with tenants and landlords, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate property inspections, maintenance requests, and tenant move-ins/move-outs.
Work closely with the property management team to ensure a seamless leasing experience.
Update and maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease documents, and payments in the system.
Assist in achieving leasing targets and meeting KPIs for occupancy and revenue.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in property management or leasing in Dubai.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
