As a Graduate Trainee at Majid Al Futtaim Properties \xe2\x80\x93 Asset Management Business Unit, you will join on 18-months program and will have an on-the-job rotations within one of the following areas: Leasing, Marketing, Retail Design and Delivery, Data Analytics and Mall Management alongside other trainings.ROLE PROFILE:

• Six-month generalist rotations within support / business areas and twelve-months specific placement in a functional area that will provide you with specialist knowledge of our operations.
• Support with the day-to-day operations.
• Support with project management and development and do presentations.
• Participate on business challenges.
• Gain knowledge, practical exposure, and experience.
• Participate in all assigned development programs.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in the shopping malls industry.
• Develop teamwork and maximise team performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• UAE national holding a family book.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field
• Recent graduate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
