We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and organized Leasing / Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

The Leasing / Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of leasing and sales activities for residential and commercial properties. This position involves working closely with prospective tenants, the sales team, and property managers to handle inquiries, schedule property showings, assist with leasing paperwork, and support sales initiatives. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective tenants and clients with inquiries, provide information about available properties, and schedule property tours.
• Coordinate and schedule showings of properties, ensuring smooth communication with prospective tenants and agents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities, applications, and contracts in the database.
• Assist with lease preparation, review documents, and ensure that lease agreements are signed and processed in a timely manner.
• Support the Sales team in preparing and delivering sales presentations, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with the property management team to ensure timely follow-up with prospective tenants.
• Process lease renewals and other related paperwork in collaboration with the property management team.
• Provide administrative support, including maintaining files, correspondence, and reports.
• Assist with marketing activities, such as updating listings on the company website and third-party platforms.
• Assist in tracking key performance metrics for leasing and sales activity.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Previous experience in leasing, real estate sales, or property management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and leasing procedures is a plus.
