Role Summary:

• Conduct property tours for potential tenants and buyers.
• Engage and communicate with clients, showcasing available properties.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract quality tenants.
• Prepare leasing documentation in compliance with property regulations.
• Ensure property listings are accurate and current.
• Stay informed on market trends to offer competitive pricing.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate.
• Valid driving license required.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in leasing or a related field is a plus.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
