Job Summary:
To undertake the property management role and support in charting and executing a planned transformation strategy for the business. The Company currently manages residential, commercial and industrial properties located across the UAE, with concentration in Sharjah and Dubai.
The job holder is expected to:
• Be able to design and deliver bespoke property management strategies, operating plans and facility condition assessment while keeping an eye on implementing environmental sustainability measures; and
• Drive business performance and produce periodical reports to the CEO tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against budget.
• Design and deliver a bespoke leasing strategy for the managed properties;
• Design and deliver an ambitious, top in class third-party property management strategy;
• Interpret the market on an ongoing basis and propose adjustments to set strategies as necessary;
• Provide operational directions to the sales management teams;
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business on a day-to-day basis;
• Optimize and track tenants experience and ensure the timely handling of tenant complaints;
• Manage all collections, payables, receivables, as per company credit policy and credit terms stipulated within the contracts and the Company's policies.
• Supervise, analyze, and research the implication of laws, legislation, etc., that may affect his area of operations within the Company;

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
