Create and manage property listings across various platforms including websites, social media, and print media.
Develop effective marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants and maximize property occupancy rates.
Coordinate with property management team to highlight property features and amenities in marketing material
Screen prospective tenants by conducting background checks, credit checks, and verifying employment and rental history.
Evaluate tenant applications and recommend suitable candidates to property owners or management company.
Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing unit features, amenities, and community facilities.
Address tenant inquiries and provide accurate information about the property and neighborhood.
Foster positive relationships with tenants to promote tenant satisfaction and retention.
Stay informed about local real estate market trends, competitor properties, and rental rates.
Recommend pricing strategies and property improvements to attract and retain tenants.
Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant interactions, and rental payments.

Proven experience as a leasing agent or similar position in real estate or property management.
Knowledge of leasing laws and practices, fair housing regulations, and tenant rights.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close leasing deals effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
