The Leasing Agent will play a key role in representing

to prospective tenants and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude. This position involves marketing properties, conducting tours, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Advertise and promote available holiday properties through various platforms. Schedule and conduct property tours for potential tenants. Highlight property features and benefits tailored to client needs. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current tenants. Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate information. Act as the main point of contact during the leasing process. Negotiate lease terms and conditions with clients. Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with company policies. Ensure proper documentation and maintain tenant records. Stay updated on the local real estate and holiday rental market trends. Provide feedback on pricing strategies and competitive positioning. Address tenant concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to resolve problems. Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, and lease agreements. Provide weekly or monthly reports to management on leasing activities.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or hospitality. Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).
