The Leasing Agent will play a key role in representing Premium Holiday Stays LLC to prospective tenants and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude. This position involves marketing properties, conducting tours, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advertise and promote available holiday properties through various platforms.
• Schedule and conduct property tours for potential tenants.
• Highlight property features and benefits tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current tenants.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Act as the main point of contact during the leasing process.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions with clients.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain tenant records.
• Stay updated on the local real estate and holiday rental market trends.
• Provide feedback on pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
• Address tenant concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to resolve problems.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, and lease agreements.
• Provide weekly or monthly reports to management on leasing activities.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or hospitality.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).
