Key Responsibilities:

Show Properties:

Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting features and benefits.

Application Processing:

Assist applicants with the leasing process, including application submission, credit checks, and lease signing.

Customer Service:

Respond to inquiries from potential tenants, addressing questions and concerns in a timely manner.

Marketing:

Implement marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants, including online listings and social media promotion.

Lease Administration:

Prepare and maintain lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Tenant Relations:

Maintain positive relationships with current tenants, addressing maintenance requests and concerns as they arise.

Market Research:

Stay informed about market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings to provide insights for property management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Previous experience in leasing, property management, or real estate is a plus.
