As a Learning Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our organization's learning and development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enhancing employee performance across all levels.
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning programs aligned with organizational goals and objectives
Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement
Create and manage a diverse range of learning content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions
Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training programs meet specific business needs
Manage the learning management system and maintain up-to-date training records
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback and data analysis
Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
Coach and mentor employees to support their professional growth and career development
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in training delivery
Manage the training budget and resources effectively
Promote a positive learning culture that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior training role
Proven track record in designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and ability to develop e-learning content
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and adapt to changing priorities
Demonstrated ability to analyze training needs, measure training effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Experience in managing training budgets and resources effectively
Knowledge of local culture and business practices in the UAE, with flexibility to work in a diverse team environment
