Job Description

A leading Multi-National business is currently looking for an L&D Manager for their Middle East Operations. Key Responsibilities: Implementation of Group L&D strategy at a Regional level, adapting approach where necessary. Delivery of key Group programmes, utilising regional expertise, external suppliers and Group L&D as appropriate. Group talent management strategy implementation. Influencing the Group Graduate Development Programme to ensure ME regional requirements are considered. Delivery of personal effectiveness, management development and other identified learning interventions. Identification of appropriate external training providers to support provision of required learning and development interventions. Monitor and evaluate the impact of learning solutions, to ensure they meet their design intent and the needs of the business. Minimum Requirements: Experience of arranging and facilitating training programmes (5 years minimum experience). Experience of designing and delivering development interventions. Experience of working in a Learning and Development environment in the Middle East. Ability to focus on business requirements, ensuring activity is of high value. Of high integrity and personally confident to effectively address stakeholders at all levels. Excellent negotiation, communication, influencing skills. Flexibility and ability to adapt to change, prioritise and work effectively in a fluid, complex organisation. Strong planning, organising and administrative skills.
