Deploy HR Projects & Change Management
Implement HR transversal projects across the organization, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.
Support change management initiatives by facilitating communication, training, and engagement efforts.
Support Oracle Fusion Implementation
Assist in the deployment and optimization of Oracle Fusion HR systems.
Work closely with HRIS teams to improve existing HR information systems and ensure seamless integration.
HR Policy Development & Reporting
Contribute to the development and refinement of HR policies in line with organizational needs and compliance standards.
Utilize HR data and reports to provide insights that facilitate business decisions.
HR Operational Support & Database Management
Act as a backup for the local HR team during peak activity periods or absences, ensuring smooth operations.
Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with personnel data regulations.
Compliance & Ethical Standards
Ensure adherence to HR and compliance regulations, keeping policies aligned with local labor laws and corporate governance.
Uphold the Code of Business Conduct and demonstrate commitment to the company's core values.
HR Helpdesk & Cross-Functional Support
Serve as a focal point for HR-related requests, providing timely support and guidance to employees and cross-functional teams.
Address employee inquiries related to HR processes, policies, and systems.
HR Project Tracking & Deadline Management
Maintain oversight of HR projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
Track project progress, anticipate challenges, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Job Requirement
? Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR project coordination, HR operations, or HRIS implementation.
Experience with HR systems (preferably Oracle Fusion) is a plus.
? Technical & HR Knowledge
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Familiarity with HRIS, data management, and reporting tools.
Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws.
? Project Management & Organizational Skills
Experience in HR project deployment and change management.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a structured, organized, and proactive manner.
? Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities
Ability to analyze HR data and generate reports to support decision-making.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
? Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams.
Customer-focused approach to HR helpdesk support.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
