& Summary
PwC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead the design and development of Learning & Development (L&D) programs focused on technical upskilling for our partners within the Consulting business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, technical training, and a deep understanding of the consulting landscape.
This role is pivotal in ensuring our partners are equipped with the technical skills and knowledge necessary to drive business success and maintain PwC's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development:
• Lead the strategic planning and development of comprehensive L&D programs tailored to the technical upskilling needs of partners in the Consulting business
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key technical learning objectives and ensure alignment with business goals
Program Design & Implementation:
• Design innovative and effective technical learning solutions, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and blended learning approaches
• Manage the end-to-end development and implementation of L&D programs, ensuring high-quality content and delivery focused on technical skills
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring programs meet the evolving technical needs of the business
• Foster strong relationships with subject matter experts and leverage their expertise in program development
Performance Measurement:
• Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement
• Report on program outcomes and impact to senior leadership, providing recommendations for enhancements
Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of L&D professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Ensure the team's professional growth and development through coaching, feedback, and training opportunities
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• A Master's degree is preferred
Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
• Proven experience in designing and delivering technical upskilling programs within a consulting or professional services environment
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and performance consulting
Skills:
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in learning technologies and digital learning platforms
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and demonstrate ROI
• Technical expertise in relevant consulting areas such as data analytics, cybersecurity, cloud computing, digital transformation, etc.
