Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Learning & Development Manager with a passion for creating and implementing training programs within the Human Resources department in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
- Designing and implementing comprehensive training programs within the company.
- Managing and enhancing employee learning and development strategies.
- Coordinating with department leaders to assess company-wide developmental needs.
- Monitoring the success of development plans and making necessary modifications.
- Ensuring all training activities align with the organisation's strategies and objectives.
- Overseeing the administration of the Learning Management System.
- Evaluating employee performance and identifying training needs.
- A strong educational background in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in creating and implementing training programs.
- Proficient knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
- Exceptional leadership and organisational skills.
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
