Description:You will be responsible for assisting our Andaz Colleagues learning and development. You will use your own professional and personal experiences and knowledge to assist the team in creating memorable guest experiences. You will assist the HR Manager with onboarding experience for all new colleagues, assist other departments with Core Tasks and Skills Training, and develop talent for industry through supervising and managing various internship programs. You will be responsible for marketing training activities, plan associate welfare engagements through various identified activities. You will support the Human Resources team members with daily activities to ensure that the Human Resources division works as a business partner to all the hotel departments.Qualifications:Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years of work experience as an L&D Manager or Assistant Manager L&D in larger operations. Good presentation, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
