Summary
The Learning & Development (L&D) Executive is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of employee training and development programs within the organization. This role focuses on enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and performance to support the company's growth and strategic objectives.
To support the implementation of The People Brand, demonstrating and reinforcing Hyatt's Values and Culture Characteristics.
To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Learning & Development department
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience as L&D Coordinator in a hotel; preferably with experience in luxury international brands. Fields of study such as Human Resources, Business Administration, are common. Basic Computer Skills in MS Office is preferred.
