DESCRIPTIONThe AMZL Transportation Learning Coordinator works with the Regional and Country Learning Manager and sites leadership team to coordinate and support tactical and strategic projects and all training related activities for the sites. The individual in this position will provide high level program facilitation and administrative management. The Learning Coordinator will play an integral role in ensuring all compliance training for the sites is maintained, as well as ensuring all training documentation and daily expectations are accurate, completed, and up to date. The Learning Coordinator is assigned to the Learning Department and will manage specific responsibilities in that department. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate all training related programs Track performance including learning curve and quality and implement appropriate performance improvement initiatives Monitor adherence to all established training programs to ensure standard work is achieved and implement new tactical and strategic projects Assess developmental needs for individuals and groups and develop plans to close gaps Partner with program managers and leadership teams to update training documents, implement process change and ensure site adoption of process changesWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Dubai, AREBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 1+ years of employee and performance management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shiftsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
