Job Description

:Conduct training needs assessments, gap analyses, and learning evaluations to identify learning objectives and priorities.Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and courses using various delivery methods and formats (e.g., instructor-led, e-learning, blended learning).Create and curate learning content, resources, and materials to support training programs and initiatives.Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of learning programs and interventions through feedback, assessments, and metrics.Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to employees and managers to enhance learning and development opportunities.Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in learning and development.Job Requirements:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field.Proven experience in learning and development roles, preferably in a corporate environment.Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training techniques.Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.Ability to build relationships, collaborate with stakeholders, and influence change.
