Job Description

Our company is committed to creating innovative and sustainable developments that enhance the quality of life for our customers and contribute to the economic growth of the region.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for continuous learning and development, strong communication skills, and the ability to design and deliver effective training programs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement learning and development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and training needs for employees at all levels.
  • Design and deliver creative and engaging training programs, both in person and online, to enhance employees\' skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify subject matter experts and utilize their expertise in the development of training materials.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements to ensure maximum impact.
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to track and record employees\' training and development activities.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve the training programs.
  • Partner with the talent acquisition team to develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their performance and career development.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to learning and development.
  • Collaborate with external training providers to deliver specialized training programs when needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of learning and development principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with training software and tools.
  • Certification in training and development is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors/Masters Degree in HR, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in Learning & Development.
  • Experience in leading organizations, preferably in the Real Estate or Property sector in UAE/GCC.
  • Experience in Succession Planning and Performance Management.
