Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. The L&D Specialist will play a critical role in identifying training needs, designing and delivering engaging learning programs, and managing our LMS platform. This position is essential to the success of our academy, providing both internal and external stakeholders with valuable real estate knowledge transfer modules.

Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs and conduct capability assessments across PSI.
• Collaborate with line managers to determine skills required for team members and develop appropriate learning modules.
• Design flexible and innovative blended learning courses.
• Develop assessments to measure learning impact using various methodologies.
• Apply different learning theories to ensure effective staff development.
• Create a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioral, and leadership programs.
• Support the Training of Trainers (ToT) programs.
• Manage LMS and other platforms, including scheduling, assigning modules, uploading content, and generating reports.
• Develop workflows and client journeys on LMS and other platforms.
• Deliver targeted learning programs based on business needs.
• Benchmark good practices internally and externally to recommend talent development and employee engagement solutions.
• Ensure Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) compliance within the area of responsibility.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, Training, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Thorough understanding of L&D processes.
• Ability to design various learning methods and map them with related impact assessments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
