This role will focus on Learning and Development and Performance management, so the most important is the attitude of the candidates, approachable and willing to learn and the communications skills. Execute talent development programs and support employee growth initiatives by managing day-to-day talent development activities and maximizing employee engagement Roles and Responsibilities: o Assist in the implementation and administration of talent development programs, including trainings, workshops, and seminars o Ensure programs are delivered effectively and meet organizational and employee needs o Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials preparation o Manage relationships with external training providers and consultants as needed o Help manage mentorship and coaching programs, including pairing mentors with mentees and tracking program progress o Support the implementation of engagement initiatives and programs. o Help organize and coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities o Collect and analyze feedback from engagement surveys and assist in reporting findings o Maintain accurate records of training activities, employee development plans, and program outcomes o Ensure new employees are aware of and can access available development resources o Stay current with trends and best practices in talent development and training o Apply new knowledge to improve existing programs and processes
Requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field o Minimum 6 years of relevant experience within the real estate or related sector Preferred Skills and Competencies o Understanding of talent development strategies, training methods, and career development practices o Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate events, and maintain accurate records o Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees and stakeholders o Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with employees at all levels o High attention to detail in managing documentation, records, and program execution o Aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions in development programs o Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines o Proficiency in analyzing feedback and metrics to assess program effectiveness o Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and evolving program needs o Strong understanding of handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
