JOB DESCRIPTION:

Develop and Implement Training Programs for sales, channel and sales support departments. Completion of all process related trainings to all the sales teams - existing & new Sales Managers, Sales Directors, VPs Ability to plan, manage and lead the full training cycle. Creation of all process documents in detail and in alignment with Salesforce interface such that the sales teams find it easy to follow, understand and execute the process. Constantly review the process documents and update them in accordance to the current process flow with all necessary approval hierarchy. Review and identify scope for process enhancements in existing processes for increased productivity and reduce TAT to attain operational efficiency. Host exclusive training programs on any new process introduced/launched for all sales & non-sales staff to ensure all stakeholders are aware of the process and work in sync. Conduct random sales floor visits and collect feedback from line managers on process improvements. Conduct salesforce refresher trainings for all the shortlisted Sales Managers who find it hard to understand the sales & booking process. Record training feedback and capture 100% attendance by the usage of digital platforms. Maintain salesforce tracker and follow with SF implementation team on all critical/ new business requirements/enhancements with regards to system implementation Continuously solicit inputs from other departments to identify and address communication gaps while keeping them informed about ongoing process implementations and providing training as needed.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Knowledge of Sales force CRM or related; with Real Estate experience preferred. Total experience in process/training to be between 3-5 years Good Communications & Interpersonal skills Excellent Presentation skills Excellent Time - Management skills Inter-department co-ordination / Cross-functional co-ordination IT / process background with CRM experience also preferred.
