Job Title: Learning and Development (L&D) Manager Job Summary: Our client is expanding their team and is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to lead and manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives across the organization. Specifically, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, delivering, and assessing training programs while managing budgets, resources, and project timelines. In addition, the L&D Manager will be responsible for identifying learning needs, creating effective learning strategies, and ensuring the delivery of impactful training solutions to enhance employee skills and performance. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies to meet the needs of the organization and its employees. Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to assess learning needs, identify skill gaps, and align development initiatives with business objectives. Design, create, and deliver both in-person and e-learning training programs, courses, and workshops that enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance. Manage the L&D budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and maximizing the cost-effectiveness of learning programs. Facilitate professional growth by supporting career development programs, mentorship opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives. Measure the effectiveness of learning programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements as needed. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other tools to enhance training delivery, track progress, and report on learning outcomes. Work closely with HR, department heads, and other teams to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals. Stay current with industry trends, emerging learning methodologies, and best practices to continuously improve the organizations learning culture and offerings. Key Requirements: Proven experience in Learning and Development or related roles, with a strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and organizational development. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Budgeting and resource management experience. Expertise in using learning technologies such as LMS, e-learning development tools, and virtual training platforms. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to evaluate training effectiveness and improve programs. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and build relationships across departments. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Self-driven and proactive with a passion for employee development and continuous improvement. Why Join the Team?
