Learning and Development Manager : Cluster Role, KSA We have been retained by this extraordinary client to find them a talented, experienced and dynamic Learning and Development Manager : Cluster role. This job role will report into a Cluster L and D Director and assist in overseeing all learning and development, training, and talent management programs within the organization. Qualifications, experience, attributes and skills we are looking for: * 8+ years in a Learning + Development role / capacity; 4+ years of progressive experience in L and D leadership. * Hugely passionate about people, training and development * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology or relevant field. * In:depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including content creation, workshops, simulations, e:learning and coaching). * Experience organizing training activities in a corporate environment, ideally within industries such as retail, hospitality and/or food and beverage. * Strong communication skills : must be emotionally intelligent and must have empathy * Proficiency in Learning Management Systems * Multi:unit / Multi:site location experience is preferred Salary Package: very competitive : single status contracts preferred or with spouse due to location.
